Job Overview
Origency is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Growth Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with the CEO and gain hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, strategic planning, and company growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with potential clients. The Management Trainee will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth objectives by identifying business opportunities, managing outreach efforts, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and research potential clients, brands, and business opportunities.
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other professional channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads and support client acquisition efforts.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
Client Communication & Meeting Management
Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and messages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and stakeholders.
Attend meetings alongside senior management and the CEO.
Prepare meeting agendas and maintain detailed meeting notes (Minutes of Meeting).
Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure continuity in communication.
Proposal Development & Presentations
Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and service agreements.
Assist in creating customized solutions for prospective clients.
Present proposals and company offerings to clients when required.
Support contract discussions and onboarding processes.

Job Title: Content Creator
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role:
Origency is looking for a talented and self-motivated Content Creator to join our growing creative team. This is an on-ground role where you’ll be working closely with one of our clients, capturing and producing daily visual content. You’ll be part of an agency environment that thrives on creativity, independence, and storytelling that connects with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Content Creation: Capture and produce engaging video and photo content of day-to-day activities at the client’s location.
2. Photography & Videography: Use DSLR and gimbal to shoot high-quality visuals for social media platforms.
3. Editing: Edit photos and videos for reels, stories, and posts. (Basic editing required; advanced editing is a plus.)
4. Content Ideation: Proactively pitch and execute creative content ideas aligned with current trends.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with coaches, staff, and others on-site to create compelling stories.
6. File Management: Organize and maintain content on Google Drive in an efficient and accessible way.
7. Social Media Understanding: Create content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements:
1. Skilled in operating DSLR cameras and gimbals.
2. Strong sense of framing, lighting, and composition.
3. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.Punctual, responsible, and able to meet tight daily deadlines.
4. Able to work independently and take full ownership of creative output.
5. Comfortable using Google Drive for organizing and sharing files.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, etc.
2. Previous experience in content creation or digital media.
3. Understanding of social-first content strategies.
4. Interest in lifestyle, fitness, or sports content is a plus.
