Origency is a fast-growing marketing agency focused on delivering creative, data-driven solutions to brands across industries. We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can build strong client relationships and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Present campaign ideas, reports, and strategies to clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Handle client feedback and ensure satisfaction at every stage
- Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Good understanding of digital marketing and branding
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
